OKLAHOMA

The performance was atrocious. The acting was poor. The change in the production was bad. Unfortunately we left at intermission unable to stomach any more. Gone was the uplifting, happy play of before. Same stage, same costumes—horrid.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I can not belief how aweful the show was it was not one person I met liked it even at the Starbucks in Greenville people were talking about this show I have a feeling Rodger and Hammerstein are rolling over in there graves I saw the show in New York it was great but this show the actors seemed not be happy to be there it was a very sad production not the 100 dollar worth where was the joyful songs the end was so sad the stage full of blood please !!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

This has seriously made me reconsider my Peacekeeper status. At first, it was so slow, boring, and ridiculous, I couldn't keep my eyes open. Then my eyes closed as I withdrew from the horror of the entire performance. I took my adult daughter to see it with me during her annual visit and she wanted to leave at intermission as did I and we did. An extremely disappointing waste of time and money. $100 for each ticket adds insult to injury.

OK WAS NOT OK.

“Woke”lahoma was a real sleeper. I’m just a girl who can’t say no, but I did to this. There was nothing redeeming about this play: bad set, mediocre singing, boring actors, dark and depressing. We left at intermission.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING

From start to finish, it just got worse and worse. From the barely there set design, to the lack of choreography and wardrobe design, I just kept hoping that the next song would be better and it never got there. We witnessed multiple people leave in the middle of songs and numbers, almost half our section was gone after intermission and EVERYONE around us kept saying how disappointed they were.

AN INSULT TO ROGERS & HAMMERSTEIN

I have been to over 100 Broadway shows. This was by far the worst. From the stark stage set to missed lines and off-key singing, the crew seemed bored with the story and the audience. They story line veered sharply from the original play and musical adaptation. It is criminal to use the same name for the show. Our party of six left at intermission. Just wish we had never gone. Looking forward to Tootsie, which is worth the ticket price. We saw it New York and look forward to seeing it again.

EMBARRASSING

20 year Season ticket holders. Lasted till intermission. Left disappointed that we were not aware this was adaptation. A very lazy production. No set change, no choreography, acting terrible, couldn’t hear well but the singing was not broadway worthy, everything subpar for a broadway production. Rodgers and Hammerstein would have hated it even more than we did. First Broadway we have ever left early. Shame on you for pushing this one on your subscribers.
